I specialize in assisting product teams and product managers who struggle to find their focus, innovate, or take the next step towards becoming more customer-centric. My expertise includes a vast toolbox of techniques suitable for leaders and practitioners alike. I guide teams to adopt a customer-centric, problem-led, and research-informed approach to product development. My background combines experiences in telecommunications, insurance, and innovative projects within the public sector. I have developed products in large enterprises and start-ups, providing me with a unique perspective that I bring to every project I undertake.

Our story

Produktize was founded over a glass… Oh, who are we kidding, a bottle of pinot gris on a summery Friday by two  friends with a vision to change the product management landscape in Estonia.

Having had the chance to experience so many different faces of Product Management and solved so many fascinating problems, while seeing other Product Managers struggle and not find such fulfillment in their jobs it became certain – the best Product Management and Product Leadership practices had to be shared with others.

The name is inspired by the term Productize, which is often used in startups and it refers to the process of developing or altering a service, idea, or method into a marketable, sellable product. 

Our mission is to empower and educate product leaders so that they can solve problems that really change the world.
