The Produktize Product Trainings aim to educate Product Managers on topics from user research and data analysis to creating a product vision and managing stakeholders. We focus on increasing the value product management brings to the company making sure that the team shifts from being a feature factory to solving real problems for the end users and the stakeholders.

Currently our trainings are tailor made for each institution based on the skill level of their product teams, Product Managers and their managers. We do this through meeting with the relevant department leads and sometimes by interviewing Product Managers to compile a Training that is the exact right fit for your team. Through these 1-2 meetings we will be able to make you an offer.

In addition to the theoretical training we also offer individual coaching sessions for all participants as well as an individual competency audit which will be delivered to each team member as well as their manager.
