Imagine that you take over a company and you have six months of runway to prove your business case. Would you be able to make the right decisions? Could you decide on which clients to focus on and which ones to drop? Could you launch the features that leave your competitors in the dust?

What is the game about?

The Business Value Game is a simulation of the everyday life of a product team. You have six sprints to figure out and execute the strategy that will earn you the money. 
 
You will decide who are your target customers, which products, features, and functionalities should be built, and which should be disregarded. By the end, we will find out which team was more successful.
 
The game builds on top of the Business Value Game created by Vera Peeters and Pascal Van Cauwenberghe.
